Ancient and asleep, Mount Kilimanjaro is a volcano that overlooks the plains of Tanzania and Kenya. Its massive snowy summit displays 3 eternally dormant craters (namely Shira, Mawenzi and Kibo). Every year, numerous hikers come to climb the holy mountain of the Masaï people. It is a long non-technical hike up to the roof of Africa. Rainforest, grassy moors, high deserted plateaux and glaciers, all constitute the magical landscapes of this 5895 meter peak.

Kilimanjaro– Lengaî volcano–Ngorongoro –15 days: 1970€Hiking difficulty: strenuous
This inclusive trek follows the Machame Route, and includes the climb up to the “white Lengaî Volcano”, named after its unique white coloured carbonite lava, hiking to Lake Natron, and ends with a memorable safari to observe wild African animals at the gigantic Ngorongoro crater.

This exotic and exquisite adventure starts and ends in Nairobi in a subtropical atmosphere. We propose a 6-day hiking trip in Mount Kenya National Park (5122m), including the ascent of Lenana Peak (4490m) and Mount Kilimanjaro (5895m) by the Machame route.
